Helply BG is a services marketplace on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. You describe the job once, and the pros working in your city send you quotes with a price. No ringing round ten adverts, no hunting through Facebook groups.

How it works
- 1You describe the jobA short form: what needs doing, in which city and when suits you. It takes about a minute and needs no profile.
- 2Quotes come backThe request goes to providers in that category and city. The first quotes usually arrive within 5–15 minutes, each with a real price.
- 3You chooseCompare price, rating, completed jobs and reviews. Once you choose, you deal with the provider directly and agree the details.
- 4You pay the providerAfter the work is done, directly to them. The platform takes no payments and no commission on the job.
How providers get on the platform
A public profile does not appear automatically. Everyone goes through several steps:
- Registration with a phone number and confirmation of the contact.
- Moderation of the profile: the description of services, categories, cities and photos of previous work.
- Ratings and reviews from real clients after every job — they stay on the profile and the provider cannot delete them.
- Restriction or removal of the profile when a complaint is upheld.
- Extra requirements for services involving children.
What Helply does not do
It is fairer to say it plainly:
- We are not a building, cleaning or removals company — the work is done by independent providers.
- We do not set prices. Each provider decides the figure they start from and what a particular job costs.
- We do not take payment for jobs and never ask for money up front.
- We do not guarantee the result on a provider's behalf, but we are responsible for who stays on the platform.
Who we are
Helply BG is built by a small team in Bulgaria. We started with Burgas and the coast because the problem here is a daily one: seasonal flats, people who don't speak the language, and tradespeople you can only find through friends. Today the platform covers Burgas, Varna, Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Sveti Vlas, in four languages — Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian and English.
For tradespeople and specialists
If you provide services, you can receive requests from clients in your city without advertising and without chasing work. Registration is free and there is no commission on jobs.
