Terms of Use

1. General provisions

Helply BG (the “Service”) is an online platform connecting clients with service providers in the Republic of Bulgaria. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets a client:

  • post a service request describing the task;
  • receive offers (bids) from providers;
  • choose a provider by price, rating and reviews;
  • obtain the contact details of the selected provider.

The Service is not a party to the contract between the client and the provider. Responsibility for the quality of services and settlements rests directly with the parties to the deal.

3. Free for clients

Using the Service is free for clients: we take no commission on requests and charge nothing for registration or phone-number verification. The Service earns solely from the fee providers pay to obtain client contacts after being chosen.

4. Client’s rights and obligations

The client undertakes to:

  • provide accurate details when creating a request (contact phone, email, description);
  • not use the Service for knowingly unlawful or spam requests;
  • settle with the chosen provider on time and in the agreed amount.

5. Moderation and blocking

The Service reserves the right to restrict or block access for a user who breaches these Terms, abuses the service, or gives grounds for complaints from providers.

6. Intellectual property

All design elements, texts and source code of the Service belong to Helply BG and are protected by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and international copyright treaties.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is not liable for:

  • the acts or omissions of providers when performing services;
  • damage caused by a poorly performed service;
  • temporary unavailability of the Service for technical reasons;
  • delays in the delivery of SMS confirmation codes and notifications.

8. Changes to the Terms

Helply BG may update these Terms. We publish material changes on this page in advance. Continued use of the Service after an update means acceptance of the new version.
