Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Our position
Helply BG operates a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any related material (CSAM). Such content and conduct are categorically prohibited across all our platforms — the mobile apps, the website, and user-to-user chat.
2. Who the service is for
Helply BG is a marketplace for home and professional services, intended for adults (18+). The service is not directed at children, carries no child-directed content, and does not contemplate their participation.
3. What is prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
- attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes (grooming);
- sexualisation of minors in text, photos, names or profile descriptions;
- offering, requesting or distributing such material through chat or job requests.
4. How to report
You can report a concern directly in the app: open a provider's profile, tap “Report” and pick a reason — the report reaches us immediately. You can also email support@helplybg.com with the subject “Child safety”.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first (112 in Bulgaria) and the national child helpline 116 111.
5. How we respond
We review the reports we receive, remove violating content and block the accounts involved.
6. Legal compliance
We act in accordance with applicable child-protection law and with Google Play's CSAE policy.
