What the sites do not say: FIX does not state whether the client pays a fee, MaistorPlus does not describe what tradespeople pay for its packages, and none of the three publishes how many requests go through it.
Where each one is strong
MaistorPlus is the oldest and largest building community: over 9,000 tradespeople and firms by its own count, with portfolios and renovation articles. If you are planning a refit, a roof or a whole flat, browsing profiles before a site visit is exactly what you need. Its weak spot for the coast: no pages for the resorts, and communication is in Bulgarian.
FIX answers the trust question differently: the money sits with the platform until you accept the work. For a big job with a stranger that is a serious argument. Its categories are home and office, and the site comes in English and other languages. The site does not say whether the client pays a fee for this, so ask before your first request.
Helply BG is built for the coast and for jobs that are not repairs: cleaning between guests, a taxi from the airport, a manicure at home, a babysitter for the evening.
